  • We send your resume directly to the hiring manager and give you the highest possible chance of getting an interview. We also submit you for opportunities that are not posted publicly which you otherwise wouldn’t be able to submit to on your own.

  • Yes, but we prefer you don’t. Working exclusively with us helps keep the process streamlined and organized, and avoids redundancy especially within the same geographic area.

  • All of our recruiters have a prior track record in restaurant or hotel operations, and have experience recruiting and building their own teams. This helps us to better relate and empathize with each person we work with.

  • Yes. You’ll have an opportunity to explore multiple opportunities at once. Our job is to provide you with options so that you can make the best decision for your career.

  • Your information is only shared with the necessary parties involved and is legally protected under the terms of the agreements we have with our partners.

  • Yes. We exclusively recruit in the restaurant and hospitality industries, and we’ve built over a decade’s worth of relationships with companies in that space.

  • No. We currently only represent candidates eligible for employment in the United States, and we can’t help sponsor work visas of any type for non-US citizens.

  • No. We are often able to offer you perspective and coach you into making the most educated decision for you - even if that means staying in your current role. Even if you’re not ready today we would love to get to know you.

  • Yes. While we don’t offer resume writing as a service per se, we will give you recommendations and help with minor changes such as formatting and editing.

  • We have a standard interview prep guide we send to all of our candidates prior to their first interview. We can oftentimes give you specific advice and information about the hiring manager you’re interviewing with to help you further prepare.
