Lastly, we are an in-house agency, so our team works as one cohesive unit to find the best talent for your company.   • Our fee is a percentage of the base salary of the candidate we place with your company. We have a tiered fee structure based on the level of position we are recruiting for. Contact us to learn more.

  • Yes! All of our placements are backed by a limited replacement guarantee.

  • While we prefer to be your sole recruiting partner, we do not require exclusivity.

  • Contingency means there are no fees paid until you hire a candidate from us. We do not charge an engagement or retainer fee and are paid a fee only when we’re successful in filling your position. If we’re not, your company pays us nothing.

  • Our team has expertise and a successful track record recruiting for positions ranging from entry-level restaurant and hotel management to executive leadership and C-suite positions. Most positions we are actively recruiting for are listed here.

  • No search is the same, and while we have turned around successful placements in a matter of days, most take several weeks to complete.
